What is pi delta psi?

Pi Delta Psi is a national Asian cultural interest fraternity founded on February 20, 1994 at Binghamton University in New York. The fraternity strives to promote academic achievement, cultural awareness, and community service among its members. Pi Delta Psi has chapters at various colleges and universities across the United States and is a member of the National APIA Panhellenic Association.

The fraternity's mission is to empower its members to become leaders in their communities through academic excellence, leadership development, and social awareness. Pi Delta Psi also emphasizes the importance of brotherhood and unity among its members, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for Asian American men.

In recent years, Pi Delta Psi has faced controversy and legal issues related to hazing practices and the death of a pledge in 2013. The fraternity has since implemented new policies and initiatives to prevent hazing and promote a safer and more positive experience for its members.
